Two Dead, One Hospitalized After Early Morning Crash in North Phoenix

According to the Phoenix Police Department, officers responded to reports of a serious crash near the intersection of 32nd Street and Bell Road at approximately 2:40 a.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered three individuals—a woman and two men—who had sustained significant injuries in the crash.

Emergency responders quickly transported all three victims to a nearby hospital for treatment. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, the woman, later identified as 34-year-old Tia Alicia Reid, succumbed to her injuries shortly after arriving at the hospital.

The two men involved in the crash were initially reported to be in critical condition. In an update released by police on Monday, authorities confirmed that one of the men, 45-year-old Daniel Kropachev, also died as a result of the injuries he sustained in the collision. The third individual remains hospitalized, though officials have not yet released additional details regarding his current condition.

Preliminary findings from investigators indicate that the vehicle was traveling northbound on 32nd Street at the time of the crash. For reasons that remain under investigation, the vehicle left the roadway and struck a nearby pole. The force of the impact caused severe injuries to all three occupants.
